Look, for the fact that the government is trying to reintroduce two pieces of legislation like you said that were both defeated comprehensively for very sound reasons, reasons based on what's fair, what’s reasonable, and what's good for the people that are going to be directly affected, just says to me, why bring back legislation that’s already had its day. And where are the new ideas? In relation to the English language testing, you cannot expect migrants to have a university level of English. They need to be reduced to a more reasonable level, to the point where it's actually being taught and that's not the case. You just can't keep introducing new minister, old idea. You'll get the same outcome.
